Jerry
Heidt Jerry is the oldest son of Home Insulation founder Phil Heidt. Jerry started in the family business over 35 years ago as a salesman. He took over management of the company in the mid 1980's when Phil semi-retired. Jerry still oversees most of the new construction builder accounts for the company and does the majority of the scheduling of crews. Jerry is married and he and his wife Carol have 7 children. Eric, Jerry's oldest son, now works in the company. |

Dan
Heidt Dan is the youngest of eight children of Home Insulation founder Phil Heidt. Dan started in the family business in the early 1990's. He takes care of the accounts payable and receivable for the company. He oversees some new construction builder and remodeler accounts and any owner-builder accounts. Dan is married and he and his wife Tammy have two boys. |

Eric
Heidt Eric is the oldest son of Home Insulation General Manager Jerry Heidt. Eric started with Home Insulation in the mid 1990's. He oversees the weatherization portion of the business. He looks at most of the existing home re-insulation projects for which homeowners call Home Insulation. Additionally, he occasionally looks at new home and addition projects. Eric is single. |
Installers:
Home Insulation prides itself on having the most experienced and dedicated group of installers in the county. Their installers average over 15 years with the company. Many have been with the Home Insulation for over 25 years. Management ensures that the installers are well equipped with the materials, tools and vehicles they need to service their customers needs. Home Insulation does not want to just meet customer expectations, they want to exceed them. Their employees help them meet this goal.
